<p> 罗虹 <span class="GramE">笔名罗丁</span> 一九三六年生于辽宁海城，历任创作室主任、中国美协辽宁油画会理事等。作者遍访祖国大江南北和世界十几个国家。早期作品革命历史油画《淮海战役山东子弟兵远征支前》收藏于中国人民革命军事博物馆，《抚顺露天矿》、《百里漓江》、《深圳石岩湖》等入选省、市和全国美展。七八年日本<span class="GramE">特邀罗虹</span>作品赴东京、大板展览，同年在沈阳举办个展、出版专辑，并评任美术师。七九年他是中大陆第一位被邀访美举办个展的油画家，同年新加坡邀请举办个展。八五、八六年作为中国大陆第一位应邀的油画家在澳门、香港举办个展；?span lang="EN-US">0</span>年又作为大陆第一位油画家应邀在台湾举办个展、出版画集。中?span lang="EN-US">----</span>印尼恢复中断二十多年邦交后，九三年他作为中华人民共和国第一位风景油画家，在雅加达、苏拉巴<span class="GramE">亚举?/span>个展、出版外文版画集。九八年北京出版《罗虹画集》。其作品多为国宾馆、党政机关、人大、会堂的会议厅、贵宾厅、接见厅等陈列收藏?</p>
<p> 现为世界文化艺术研究中心研究员、深圳东方艺术研究会会长，传略收入《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《世界现代美术家辞典》、《世界名人录》等多部辞书<span lang="EN-US">,</span>授予“世界艺术名人”?ldquo;世界杰出华人艺术?rdquo;?ldquo;世界艺术大师”?ldquo;<st1:personname productid="荣誉" w:st="on">荣誉</st1:personname>博士”。作品《长城内外》获世界华人艺术大奖优秀作品?span lang="EN-US">;</span>《井冈山龙潭瀑布》获文化部中国艺术研究院<span class="GramE">“</span>共和国社会主义文学艺术五十年<span class="GramE">“</span>一等奖；《海德古堡》获<span lang="EN-US">99</span>第二届世界华人艺术大?ldquo;国际荣誉金奖”?/p>
